Casa Cavia's bar is a space designed for enjoying contemporary cocktails in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Located in the heart of the house, it serves as a meeting point that can be enjoyed at different times of day: from afternoon aperitifs to the end of the night.
The proposal is led by Flavia ArroyoHead Bartender at Casa Cavia and a leading figure in the new Argentine cocktail scene. Her work is characterized by the use of contemporary techniques such as clarification and infusions, and by a creative take on the classics.
The result is a card that combines Original cocktails, reinterpretations of classics and non-alcoholic drinksdesigned to complement both the aperitif and the gastronomic experience of the house.

The menu features original creations from the bar that explore unusual flavors, techniques, and combinations.

  • Bloody Mary Clarified
    Vodka, tomato juice and grilled vegetables, lime and celery salt.
  • Fake White Wine
    Prince of the Apostles Gin, yerba mate, mandarin, chamomile and rue.
  • Johnnie & Coke
    Johnnie Walker Black Label with homemade caramel and coffee soda.
  • Negroni Mineral
    Gin infused with lemon ash, Campari and red vermouth.

Casa Cavia's bar also offers a menu of ccocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, with the same care for flavor and technique.
It includes reinterpretations of classics such as:

and unique drinks such as artisanal kombucha, specialty coffee cold brew, or juices with verjus and flowers.
